Below are some tips to help with specific functions within the WTDA.

How to search within a library collection:

• From the WTDA Home page, select a library name.
• Select the This Library radio button in the right-top corner of the banner.
• Enter a keyword in the search box and click Search.
• Choose from the search results that appear.
• When you select an item, the bread crumbs at the top of the page indicate the collection name.

How to use the Zoomable viewer:

• The Zoomable Viewer is used for photographs, maps, and 3-dimensional items.
• Choose an item to view and select View.
• Image control icons appear in the lower right corner of the image.
• Select the Maximize icon to view the image full screen.
• Select the Plus/Minus icons to zoom in and out of the image.
• Drag the image around the screen to view differnet parts of a zoomed image.
• Select the Refresh icon to return to the View Item page.

How to use the ScribD viewer:

• When viewing a document, select Full Screen located in the upper bar of the ScribD Viewer.
• Choose one of the view choices of Book, Slide, or Scroll located in the lower left corner of the viewer.
• Use the arrow keys located in the center of the lower navigation bar to move throughout the document.
• Select the Plus/Minus icons to zoom in and out of the document.
• Select Exit Full Screen located in the upper left of the viewer to return to the View Item page.

How to search a specific word within a document using the ScribD Viewer:

• Enter a keyword in the search box in the lower left corner of the ScribD Viewer.
• Hover the cursor over the Prev, Next, or Close buttons immediately above the search box.
• Select these buttons accordingly to proceed to the next occurance of the keyword in the document.

How to use Bookmarks:

• Login to the WTDA. Not registered? Go here.
• Choose the collection or item for bookmarking.
• Select the bookmark icon located above the title.
• Name and edit your bookmarks according to the prompts.
• Your bookmarks are stored as part of your WTDA login.

How to Purchase a Download:

• Purchasing items for download from the WTDA requires a PayPal account. You can get one here.
• Login to the WTDA. Not registered? Go here.
• Choose items for purchase by selecting the 'download' icon. You can add the item to your Paypal cart if you plan to purchase multiple items.
• Pay for the items through your Paypal account.
• Access the download URL sent to your WTDA registered email address.
• The download is accessible for 14 days.
