The Margaret & Herman Brown Library contains one million items supporting undergraduate and graduate teaching, learning, and research. The Library features the nationally-recognized Learning Commons, first-floor space devoted to attractive, technology-rich, collaborative learning, and supported by a rare partnership with academic departments, faculty development officers, technology support, and tutoring and café services. Special facilities include the Gaines B. Stanley Sr. Theological Reading Room and the Milliken Special Collections. Strengths include the U. S. Government Publications Depository and the Center for Restoration Studies (19th and 20th Century books, journals, photographs, and manuscripts on the Stone-Campbell Movement).
